Sardine SawaStyle

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of sardin (I used ayam brand)
  • 1 big onion- sliced
  • 2 clove garlic – sliced
  • 1 red chili – sliced
  • 1 tsp of lime juice
  • enough oil
  • 1/4 can of water
  • salt to taste

METHOD

  • Fry onion, garlic and chili
  • once brownish, add sardin
  • then add water and lime juice
  • taste with salt
  • once boiled then ready to serve

Resepi Terubuk Bakar

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Terubuk Fish
  • 3-4 tbsp of chili paste
  • 1 inch of belacan (shrimp paste)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp of sugar/brown sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of tamarind juice.

METHOD

  • Cook all the ingredient except for fish.
  • Once the sauce thicken, pour on the fish and wrap with aluminium foil
  • then grill on pan grill
  • once cooked serve with air asam or kicap
