INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of sardin (I used ayam brand)
- 1 big onion- sliced
- 2 clove garlic – sliced
- 1 red chili – sliced
- 1 tsp of lime juice
- enough oil
- 1/4 can of water
- salt to taste
METHOD
- Fry onion, garlic and chili
- once brownish, add sardin
- then add water and lime juice
- taste with salt
- once boiled then ready to serve
