Lala Sweet n Sour

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g of Lala
  • a handful of sliced pineapple
  • 1/2 of ginger – sliced
  • 5 cloves of garlic – minced
  • 4 tbs of tomato sauce
  • 2 tbs of chili sauce
  • 1 tbs of oyster sauce
  • 2 tbs of sugar
  • 5 dash of nampla sauce
  • red chili-sliced
  • some oil

METHOD

  • heat some oil, then fry mince garlic and sliced ginger till fragrance
  • then tomato sauce, chili sauce and oyster sauce
  • stirr it, then add in sugar and nampla sauce
  • follow by lala
  • stirr them, once lala turn red add sliced chili and pineapple
  • stirr and cooked for 2 minutes , then it’s ready to serve

Salmon Steak with Lemon Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • Salmon Steak
  • salt and Pepper
  • 3 spoon of butter
  • 1/2 of lemon
  • brocolli – blanch
  • sweet potato – steamed
  • sweet corn – steamed

METHOD

  • Season salmon all over with salt and pepper,
  • then grill, flesh sides down, on lightly oiled grill rack (covered only if using gas grill) 4 minutes. Turn fillets over and grill (covered only if using gas grill) until just cooked through, 4 to 6 minutes more.
  • Sprinkle fillets with some rosemary
  • Once done, pour or sprinkle with lemon butter sauce
  • to prepare lemon sauce, heat3 spoon of butter and add lemon juice untill boiled.
  • Serve with sweet potato, sweet corn and brocolli

Sardine SawaStyle

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of sardin (I used ayam brand)
  • 1 big onion- sliced
  • 2 clove garlic – sliced
  • 1 red chili – sliced
  • 1 tsp of lime juice
  • enough oil
  • 1/4 can of water
  • salt to taste

METHOD

  • Fry onion, garlic and chili
  • once brownish, add sardin
  • then add water and lime juice
  • taste with salt
  • once boiled then ready to serve
