INGREDIENTS
- Kangkung – 300g
- 10 prawn
- 1 big onion – sliced
- 2 clove of garlic – sliced
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 1tsp salt
- 2 tbps oil
METHOD
- cut kangkung nicely
- heat oil, sate garlic and onion till fragrance
- then add prawn, turmeric and salt
- stir till prawn turn red
- then add kangkung, stir it on big fire for few minutes
- off fire , ready to serve
