INGREDIENT
- 4 to 6 slices of shoulder lamb chops
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 3 tablespoon of Henz BBQ sauce
- capsicum slices
PREPARATION
Marinate lamb with BBQ source, garlic, a little pinch of salt and paper for 10 minutes. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook for 10-15 minutes or continue to cook to your desired doneness. To save time, cook the capsicum together with the lamb.
Served with mashed potato and boiled brocoli.
