Maal Hijrah Dinner

Salam Maall Hijrah untuk semua.Semoga tahun baru kalii ini akan penuh dengan keberkatan. So, sempena tahun baru ini, I cooked healthy meal for my family. Asam rebus ikan kerisi,kangkung goreng belacan and butter prawn.Udang yang besar-besar tuh dibeli semalam kat Pasar borong seri Kembangan requested by Ashraff sbb first time dia pergi wet market. Sungguh lah jakun budak berdua tuh…

Frankly speaking, asam rebus tuh licin dengan kuahnye sekali. Butter Prawn tuh… I and Kheirul sempat makan sekor setengah sorang je. Yang lain , anak-anak kebas makan…. takpe esok masak lagi… normally I letak Nestum but Nestum takde so ganti ngan Oat. Not bad! and Kangkung belacan, sedap just letak udang cincang sekor,tak lupa nampla sauce. try ler..

Do you like crab??? If you ask me, I will say YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Crab can be cook with sweet sour sauce, lemak cili padi, sambal crab , in tomyam soup and etc.

Last night, I made sweet sour chili crab as to celebrate hsband promotion. So guys, enjoy the pics

1st Ramadhan-The Bone , The Shell

first ramadhan start very well.IT was on Monday. I went to my sewing class, still with basic embroidery and next week will start with Baju Kurung and Sandal’s project. The project will be my Baju and Kasut raya.and for husband, I leave him with kids and fish to clean. FYI, he went to market to get some fishes and meat.

Back home around 3pm, get some rest and around 6, start cooking. I cooked sweet sour prawn, sup tulang and for vegie, we have ulam with sambal belacan. The prawn actually for Ashraff because it his favourite. He had 4 of it!
