Ketam Vs Mantou

Yesterday is our unhealthy day, so we decided to cook The Fabulous Chilly Crab and mantou for the starter….

This is the life crab… freshly imported from Port Klang….

Then prepare the secret recipe chilly sweet n sour source…. Frankly, the taste is better than all seafood restaurants in Klang Valley, Malacca, Penang, and etc… I’ve tasted a lot of Chilly Crab so far but cannot beat this one…

The recipe originate from Kuantan Pahang…. and my mother enhance it before pass it to my sister then pass it to Yatie.. Then Yatie enhance it again to make the taste better…

This is the way to cook Chilly Crab…. ask Yatie to know the secrets…

The well cooked Sweet n Sour Chilly Crab… 2 KG of crab gone in half an hour… hehehhe….

The mantou for the starter… you can get this mantou from any supermarket near you…

pssstt.. Besides the great taste and the good food… sebenarnya I tengah dok asah my photo shooting skill ngan Photoshop Skill…. sbb tu gambar tu nampak menarik……

Makan Malam yang syok….

Alhamdulillah.. Syukur… sebab masih lagi boleh menikmati rezeki yang Allah S.W.T berikan….

Malam tadi kami sekeluarga makan hidangan yang sungguh luar biasa…. Hidangannya cukop simple tapi memang jarang ataupun susah nak dapat kat Kuala Lumpur ni dan saya rasa tak ada kedai di Kuala Lumpur yang jual lauk cam gini… Lauknya… emmm…. Masak Lemak Ikan Duri Masin dengan nenas…. hehhe.. Ikan duri masin diimport khas dari Machang, Kelantan…. pas tu plak… dikahwinkan dengan Sambal Belacan European plak.. terangkat… korang mesti pelik.. kenapa dinamakan sambal belacan european plak.. tadi masa buat sambal belacan tu.. cuka buatan Malaysia takde.. cuma ada Apple Vinegar… so.. hentam ajalah labu….
