Dah lama tak pergi lepak sambil makan-makan kat Secret Recipe rasanya. Selalu pergi dan singgah beli cake je. Errmmm sedapnya kalau cakap pasal cake kat Secret Recipe. Memang terbayang-bayang kesedapan kek yang sungguh mewah . Kek kegemaran saya kat Secret Recipe ialah Chocolate Banana Cake. Ohhh!!!!

Sabtu lepas kami sekeluarga pergi makan kat Secret Recipe. Masuk je, tengok menu… wah banyaknya pilihan menu dia. Banyak pilihan lah. Kira pilihan yang terbaiklah sebab dia ada menu barat dan selera asia . Best kan. Tak payah dah nak gaduh-gaduh. Yelah macam family kami, semua selera berbeza, budak-budak suka pasta, Saya suka menu yang lain dari yang lain, Kheirul pulak dia kata nak makan Salad. So apa lagi marilah kita pilih makanan kat menu.

First kami makan pembuka selera dulu, Saya makan Spring Rolls kongsi dengan anak-anak dan Kheirul plak makan Crispy chicken Salad.

Spring rolls ni kan sedap sangat lebih-lebih lagi bila cicah dengan sos manis dan pedas tuh.

Yang Crispy Chicken Salad tu pun sedap, memang satu gandingan yang sepadan sebab sos dia ada rasa asian. Salad ni adalah salah satu menu yang terbaru tau.Ada lagi menu baru untuk salad, nak tau kena lah makan kat sana…

Dah habis starter, sekarang makan main dish plak.

Macam biasa lah, kalau dengan budak-budak, mesti pasta dan mesti ada cheese. Beef Lasagna untuk Ashraff.

Tengoklah dia makan, saiz untuk dewasa, tapi dia boleh habiskan . Katanya no sharing.

Bolognese Spaghetti untuk Afriena, jugak katanya no sharing sebab nak makan sorang je. Ok takpe, tapi diam-diam saya curi –curi makan jugak. Heheh. Yang ni dia pilih dari kid’s Club menu.

Sebab dah lama tak datang Secret Recipe, jadi saya nak cuba recipe baru. Selalu dulu kalau datang , saya cuma akan order tomyam with noodle, tapi kali ni nak cuba yang baru.

Inilah menu baru dia. Stewed Aussie Beef Steak. SEDAP sangat sebab, daging dia sangat lembut dan juicy.Yang ni terpaksa kongsi 2 orang sebab portion besar. Pastu Rayyan tolong makan potato chip yang rangup.

Selain steak ada lagi menu baru, ada Cabonara with beef strip, Thai Seafood Spaghetti dan Aglio Olio. Kena rasa semua ni, tak larat nak makan sorang? Apa kata pergi bertiga atau berempat, sebab sekarang ada promotion Buy 3 FREE 1 best kan ?

Buy 3 FREE 1 ni adalah untuk dari kategori yang sama la,contohnya, kalau you all pergi Secret recipe empat orang, pastu order tiga potong kek kegemaran/ pies/ Brownies / Ice Cream (kategori DESSERTS), jadi yang desserts keempat adalah percuma. Makan ni sambil pejam mata. Sedap sangat. Ashraff yang tak suka durian pun boleh makan sebab rasa kek tu sangat ringan. Very light taste. Sangat sedap.Ni kalau pergi lagi ni akan jadi menu wajib ni :).

Yang ni MUST ORDER, sedap menjilat sudu. Brownies dia… huhuhu nangis tengok sedap sangat. Pastukan ada lagi…

Banana split…habis licin dikerjakan budak-budak ni. Kita orang memang suka sangat dapat lepak lama-lama kat Secret Recipe yelah dengan suasana dan tempat sesuai untuk famili,fashionistas ataupun yang bekerja.

We were @Friso’s Growing Up Together (GUT) Day

Have you been to Friso’s Growing Up Together Campaign at the 1 Utama Shopping Centre in Bandar Utama? No ? not yet? :) We’ve been there last Saturday and we had a lot of fun there.


We reached there around 11 o’clock in the morning and then we proceed to the registration counter. It was a simple registration where need to fill in the mother’s name and children’s name. That’s all.

Done with the registration and immediately I was given a free Friso sachet and RM10 discount voucher and with that voucher, I can use it to buy Friso Gold Milk for Rayyan with a cheaper price.

Friso GUT Days activation is something very unique as it is a platform for families to enjoy themselves. Mums and Dads could do something fun together with their children over the weekend and this tightens the bond between the family. Every moment spent at GUT Days gives both parents and their children wonderful memories.

Oh ya!! We were given a card and our missions were to collect and complete all the activities. Without wasting any time, we queued up for the huge big tent and during the queue, most parents and their children were wondering what was inside the big tent.

Basically, it is a tunnel where parents and their children are able to play some nice interactive games. The games are pretty simple but what is interesting is the technology behind it. The games are colourful with cute animations and children are thrilled to see them.

There was lots of fun inside there. At first, Ashraff and Afriena were jumping with the frog then they were with Mad Monkeys while Rayyan had fun with Fly Butterfly Fly.

Yes he had so much fun and end up he cried because he didn’t want to stop “catching” the butterfly. Done with activities, we move to another section.

The virtual painting booth is super duper interesting. Just snap a picture of your family and then choose a virtual background and paint whatever you want via the touch screen. It was really interesting when you can create your very individual photo with your own creativity. Don’t forget to print that picture for you to take it along.

Once you were there, do try the craft activities as well where you can customise and design their very own T-shirts, badges, toys and hanging mobiles and this is all free! It is an enjoyable experience and you can get creative together.
