BBQ Lamb Chop Recipe

INGREDIENT

  • 4 to 6 slices of shoulder lamb chops
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 3 tablespoon of Henz BBQ sauce
  • capsicum slices

PREPARATION

Marinate lamb with BBQ source, garlic, a little pinch of salt and paper for 10 minutes. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook for 10-15 minutes or continue to cook to your desired doneness. To save time, cook the capsicum together with the lamb.

Served with mashed potato and boiled brocoli.

Mashed Potato Recipe

I made mashed potato special for lamb chop. Sedap sebab very creamy. Apa taknya guna full cream milk and butter. Ashraff cakap cheese mash potato sebab rasa dia lemak-lemak sikit. So I nak  lah share resepi kat sini. I got from French at home.

INGREDIENT

  • 2 biji kentang russet
  • secawan susu penuh krim
  • 4 kiub butter/lepa susu
  • secubit garam dan lada hitam
  • sedikit thyme
  • sehelai daun bay

METHOD

  • kupas kentang, potong 4 dan rebus sehingga empuk
  • bila empuk, sejat air dan letak kentang kembali dalam periuk . Biarkan air didalam periuk kering dengan meletakkan kembali periuk diatas api
  • Bila air kering tutup api
  • Di dalam periuk laian,panaskan susu bersama thyme dan daun bay .
  • Bila susu cukup panas (bila nampak buih -buih kecil) tutup api
  • lecekkan kentang bersama butter sehingga hancur, rasakan dengan garam dan lada hitam
  • Selepas itu masukkan susu sedikit demi sedikit. kacau rata sehingga kentang nampak pekat.
  • Sedia untuk dihidangkan dengan kuah.
