Me And Curry

Me and Curry????

Yes I love curry. Just say it! Fish curry, chicken curry , beef curry or mutton curry. Maybe my Indian blood is inside.FYI, my mom is half chinese and another half is mix indian.

I must have curry at least once a month. Most favourite is fish curry. I love the spice with suprise of mustard seed, and a little bit of sour taste.Yummy.

Last Wednesday, I cooked Fish Curry.I used tenggiri slice. Anyone want the recipe , visit my SawaRecipe.

I have my fish curry with rice,accompany with stir fried asparagus and fried egg.But I only ate white egg.

Resepi Sup Daging

This dish was cooked during last weekend. I used slow cooker to make the soup. very simple preparation.

I boiled beef with ginger,3 anise stars, 2 cinammon stick, 4 cadammons and some Jintan for 5 hours. After that, I fry some red shallots and garlic then pour in the boiling soup then taste with salt, black paper and finally garnish with celery, chinese chiveand spring onion.

The result……..sedapnye. the meat so tender . we just have it with hot rice and frankly my hubby and kids like it so much.
