Theme for 2nd Ramadhan is Colour freak!!
Since I reached home early, so I make steam fish , acar mentah and telur dadar. For sweet thing, I had make swiss roll on the 1st day, which forgot to eat them.I made the swiss roll while waiting my husband back from wet market. I thought it difficult, but act. it’s easy.

Silly me….actually forgetful…. I forgot to bring most important thing which I hope it never ever happen to me. I forgot to bring my tudung. I thought I have put iit nside my back pack this morning. When I reach in office, I checked and checked, it’s none.
Lucky, I have friend for help. Called Suhaida to bring one for me. Borrow for one day. Malunya…………….
So she came with tudung which she bought from me and she laugh because I’m wearing my riding mask in office
This is my Kangkung goreng belacan.I am sure , everybody know how to cook this. IT’s very simple. I pound some belacan aka shrimp paste with onion and garlic. later, I heat oil in my IKEA wok, then fry them till fragrance then add some shrimp, stirr till half cook then add in kangkung.add fish sauce and salt. Then Kangkung belacan is served
