Lala Sweet n Sour

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g of Lala
  • a handful of sliced pineapple
  • 1/2 of ginger – sliced
  • 5 cloves of garlic – minced
  • 4 tbs of tomato sauce
  • 2 tbs of chili sauce
  • 1 tbs of oyster sauce
  • 2 tbs of sugar
  • 5 dash of nampla sauce
  • red chili-sliced
  • some oil

METHOD

  • heat some oil, then fry mince garlic and sliced ginger till fragrance
  • then tomato sauce, chili sauce and oyster sauce
  • stirr it, then add in sugar and nampla sauce
  • follow by lala
  • stirr them, once lala turn red add sliced chili and pineapple
  • stirr and cooked for 2 minutes , then it’s ready to serve

Kuih Raya The Making

Mungkin ramai antara kita sedang buat kueh raya dua tiga hari kebelakangan ni tapi yang kesiannye ramai plak unofficial helper dok menyebok.. tengok ler hero ngan princess aku nih….

But at the end we got the kueh ready.. and the taste much more better than those sold at the supermarket… heheheh sedap oooo….

I Love Weekend

I love last weekend……..WHY???

Saturday:

  1. Wake up around 9.00
  2. spend time with kids
  3. sulking with kids (not kids sulked with me)
  4. no cooking needed
  5. having buka puasa with in laws
  6. bazar ramadhan
  7. happy to see my kids having fun with their cousin(I notice my kids are grown up) without fuss
  8. happy playing sparklers (bunga api) with kiddos (but my kids called it fireworks)

Sunday

  1. Wake  up around 8.30
  2. went to sewing class
  3. My baju kurung is 50% in progress (waiting to do some beading)
  4. get more friends in class
  5. bazar ramadhan means no cooking needed

I am sure everyone loves weekend. don’t you??
