Makan Tengahari – Asam Pedas

Alhamdulillah… syukur kepada Allah S.W.T kerana telah memberikan nikmat rezeki yang best hari ni…

Oleh kerana medan selera kat opis tu tutop untuk renovation… so myself + rakan-rakan opis pi ke Kampung Pandan for lunch… tujuan asal nak makan masak lemak.. tapi tokey masak lemak tu cuti sampai tahun depan so kitaorang redah ker ke satu rstoran asam pedas…

Ok.. ceritanya bermula disini…

Sampai-sampai aja

pilih aja ikan… macam-macam ikan ader wehh…. pilih-pilih…jangan malu-malu

ikan pari tu pon syok gaks… amik-amaik….

bubuh dalam pinggan.. pas tu beratur pergi ke tukang masak…

ni ler tempat tukang masak dia.. depan mata jer diorang masak… kat situ… takde menu lain….cuma ada satu menu aja.. ASAM PEDAS…

Ni la muka-muka orang yang tengah kelaparan menunggu lauk yang sedang dimasak

ulam ni yang datang dulu…

pastuh telur dadar plak sampai.. mana main dish dia…..????

hohoho… ni dia main dish… ikan cacamarba asam pedas dah sampai…

huuuihhh…. menggelegak lagi tuh…..

sorry la beb.. pasal gambor amik pakai handphone aja…. kamera mahal simpan kat rumah.. sbb tu la gambar kelabu jer… ok makan time….

tu tengok buaya-buaya yang kekenyangan….. dah takbleh cakap apa… semua licin.. tinggal kuah aja…

ha… ni ler dia nama restoran dia….

so kalau korang pi Kampung Pandan tu…. cari la rerstoran ni… mudah jer cari restoran ni… dia berdekatan dengan gerai jual goreng pisang kat bawah flyover MRR2 tu.. tanya jer orang yang jual goreng pisang tu… dia mesti tahu…..

Tropical Delight Pomfret

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Promfret fish -coated with corn four and fry
  • 1/4 bowl of chili sauce
  • 1/4 bowl of tomato sauce
  • 1/4 bowl of water
  • 3 slice of ginger – chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic -chopped
  • 1 onion – cut wedges
  • 3tbps oil (I use sunflower oil)
  • 2tbps of sugar
  • 1/2 red chili – sliced
  • 1/2 of mango – cubed
  • 1 slice of pine apple -sliced
  • 5 dash nampla sauce
  • 1 tsp of oyster sauce

METHOD

  • fry garlic and ginger till fragrant
  • add onion
  • then quickly add all the sauces, water and sugar
  • then put in mango cube and pineapple. stirr it till caramel look,
  • Once boiled , quickly pour on the fried fish
  • Ready to serve

The details for Nuffnang Family Day Out are as followed:
Date: 29th November 2008
Time: 10am – 2pm
Venue: Kidsportz & Gym, One Utama (Old Wing)

There will be a lot of goodies given away with fun activities lined up for
both children and parents. Expect games, magic show, talks on parenting
experience and many more.

You are allowed to bring (1) guest family, and do let us know the name of
the father/mother of the guest family and the number of pax attending. Do
also let us know the number of children from age 1-8 that will be
attending so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Do send me the number of pax from your family who are attending as well.

We hope that you will have fun at the Nuffnang Friso Family Day Out!
