INGREDIENTS
- 500g mince beef/lamb/mutton
- a can of green peas
- 4 big potatoes – diced
- 2 tomatoes-quatered
- 1 big onion – diced
- salt for tasted
- fresh milk – half cup
- curry leave
- mix spices – cinnamon,cadammon,anise star
- Cooking Oil or ghee (I used oil)
To make a paste
- 2 garlic
- 10 of shallots
- 2 packect of Baba’s curry powder
- 5 tpbs of tamarind juice
- (blend all ingredient B and make it as paste)
METHOD
- Heat the oil, add curry leave and mix spice
- then add the paste, fry till fragrance
- then add mince meat, cover you pot
- once meat cook , add potatoes
- once potatoes cooked, add remaining ingredient and shimmer them till soft and mushy
- then scope to serve with chappati or rice
