hahah… starting this week…. me and kheirul will start on diet. Both of us mmg gile dah nampak cam berisi… So petang nanti balik rumah masak… will show you my diet menu. Even I diet, I won’t skip my meal. tu yang penting.
Oh this morning, my breakfast was Oat cereal and vegie biscuit, lunch is 2 wholemeal mini bun and 1 cup of strawberry yogurt.
So you all, kasi lah I semangat untuk berdiet ye.
