INGREDIENTS
- Butterhead salad
- 1/2 of yellow onion – sliced
- 1 tomato – quatered
- 2 tbps of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch of sea salt or normal salt
- black pepper -crushed
- 3 of sausages – boiled and cut
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredient in a bowl.
- Then keep refrigerated for 15 minutes then serve.
