Finally………….

<p>Finally…it’s weekend. I feel so tired lately.maybe because I don’t get enough rest . Yes with sick kids around and now office workload and house chores , and now I am infected. going to get flu soon…I hate it so much…</p>
<p>I hope I can get enough rest but can someone tell me, how could a mother of 2 active kids to rest if their kids like to run around, fighting, crying and bla bla during the weekend without hubby around????</p>

Ayam Bakar

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 pcs of chicken – I used chicken wing
  • 2 thumb size of turmeric
  • 1/2 inch of ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbps of sugar
  • 1 tps of salt

METHOD

  • blend all the ingredient except for chicken
  • marinate chicken with the paste for 20 minutes
  • then grill on non-stick pan.

p/s: It was my confinement menu. taste good.

Daging Goreng Kunyit

INGREDIENTS

  • Beef slice – I used batang pinang
  • 3 inch ginger – slice
  • 2 cloves of garlic – slices
  • 1 big onion – slice
  • 1 red chili and 5 asparagus
  • enough oil
  • salt to taste

METHOD

  • put all the beef slices and tumeric in your frying pan w. Cook them untill it tender enough
  • Once all water access dry out, add in oil
  • Heat the oil, ginger, garlic and onion
  • Stir them,then add chili and asparagus , keep stiring
  • taste with salt

Servce with White rice.
