INGREDIENTS
- fish – can be any fish, I used ikan nyok-nyok
- enough turmeric for marinating
- salt
- garlic- pounded
- ginger-pounded
- enough oli for frying
- chili powder (if you like but I omit it)
METHOD
- marinate fish with salt, turmeric, garlic and ginger for half an hour or longer
- Heat oil and fry the chicken untill it cooked
- Ready to serve
serve with white rice and sambal belacan.good combination
