Resepi: Ayam masak kicap

Ayam kicap ni, one of our favorite. Kalau boleh once a week mesti ada ayam kicap. Normally kalau masak ayam kicap, I akan masukkan jugak baked beans sedap but massa ni tak letak sebab baked bean punya stok dah habis.Masakan ni adalah healthy sebab tak pakai miyak pun.

INGREDIENT

  • 1/4 ayam, potong kecil
  • 1 labu bawang besar – di hiris tebal
  • 2 biji bawang putih – di mayang
  • 1/2 inci halia – dimayang
  • 1/2 sudu kecil lada hitam
  • secawan kecil kicap manis
  • 3 sudu besar sos tiram
  • 1 biji lada besar – dihiris
  • sedikit air

METHOD

  • Bersihkan ayam
  • Campurkan semua bahan kecuali cili besar dan 1/4 dari bawang besar
  • Gaul sebati masak sehingga ayam empuk
  • Bila ayam empuk, masukkan cili besar dah hirisan bawang besar
  • Masak sehingga bawang layu, matikan apai

Resepi: Mihun sup daging

INGREDIENT

  • Mee hun- blanched
  • 300g of meat
  • 1 thumb size of ginger – knocked
  • 1 tsp of black paper – pounded
  • 1 sup bunjut
  • 3 pcs of cadammon
  • 2 anise star
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 2 clove of garlic and 5 shallot – pound to make paste
  • salt and white pepper for taste
  • for garnishing, fried shallots, chinese parsley and onion spring

METHOD

  • boil the meat till tender
  • in another pan, heat some oil, then fry cinnamon,anise star, cadammon then follow by onion+garlic+black pepper.
  • once brown, pour the (including the oil) to your boiling pot together with sup bunjut.
  • simmer for 30 mins.
  • ready to serve mee hoon and bergedil
  • garnish with fried shallots, chinese parsley and onion spring.
  • squezze lime on it to add more kick and if you like it hot, have some cili padi in it

BBQ Lamb Chop Recipe

INGREDIENT

  • 4 to 6 slices of shoulder lamb chops
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 3 tablespoon of Henz BBQ sauce
  • capsicum slices

PREPARATION

Marinate lamb with BBQ source, garlic, a little pinch of salt and paper for 10 minutes. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook for 10-15 minutes or continue to cook to your desired doneness. To save time, cook the capsicum together with the lamb.

Served with mashed potato and boiled brocoli.
