26th weeks and Braxton Hicks.

Dah 26 weeks dah…. My perut pun dah membesar. Nak bangun and duduk pun dah macam susah. Kalau dah duduk nak bangun cukupnye susah. Rasa cam berat jer badan.Kalau tidur, lagilah.. sebab I have back pain since a year ago, so sedikit sebanyak belakang ada rasa sakit. nasib baik ada special tilam kat rumah.Lately,I dah rasa dah Braxton Hiks. For those yang tak tak tau apa benda tuh, Braxton Hicks tu kira cam false alarm. Ni semua berlaku sebab badan kita mula buat persediaan untuk proses bersalin. Lambat lagi pun nak bersalin. Baby pulak dah makin aktif. Selalu dia aktif, time mama dia tengah lepak-lepak, tengok TV and bising. I like the baby movement. Rasa macam, he’s getting closer to me.

Yang kelakarnye, bila suruh abang and kakak dia pegang tak nak pulak dia gerak. Only me and Papa dia jer dia respond. Sekarang dalam sehari adalah 5-6 kali rasa Braxton hicks. Rasa cam period pain yang sekejap. So kalau nak hilangkan dia, I just try buat gerakan sedikit.Sebab dah lama tak pregnant cam pelik jer rasa dia. Time tidur pun ada gak rasa sesikit, so normally I tidur mengiring ke kiri… lega. kalau mengiring ke kanan, baby asyik bergerak jer tak selesa.Another 3 months to go.Lately, exercise dah kurang sebab jarang ke swimming pool maklumlah hujan sempat pun seminggu sekali.So kalau rajin kat rumah, I exercise kayuh basikal slowly. Bersenam bagus masa pregnant but not too much nanti lain plak jadinye. Normally, I prefer swimming and walking.

Cerita pasal walking, I still can walk pusing shopping complex tapi kena pakai snikers or my fav slipper – Adidas. no more high heel but kalau kena pakai gak I pakai crocs….
