INGREDIENTS
- Salmon Steak – 2 pcs
- salt, Dill and Pepper
- 1/2 of lemon
- Capsicum – Diced
- Cherry Tomato – Quatered
- Onion Diced – steamed
- 1 tbps of Honey
METHOD
- Preheat oven for 20 minutes at 200 celcius
- Season salmon all over with salt, dill and pepper
- Taste all the cut vegie with salt and pepper
- Place salmon in baking dish with vegie and bake for 20 minutes
- then pour some honey on the dish and bake for another 5 minutes
- Once done, pour or sprinkle with lemon butter sauce
- to prepare lemon sauce, heat a spoon of butter and add lemon juice untill boiled.
- Serve with fried pasta.
