Keli Bakar

Bahan Bahan

  • 2 pcs of Ikan Keli – marinate with salt and turmeric
  • sweet chili paste

METHOD

  • Wrap fish and chili paste aluminium foil
  • Then cook them on non stick pan or you can grill them in oven
  • cook for 15 minutes, once fish cook it’s ready to serve

Note

For sweet chili paste, I blend some red chili, garlic, onion , sugar, kafir leave and lemongrass, lime juice with some sugar. Then fry them for few minutes.

Dalca Daging

Dalca Daging:

Bahan-bahan

  • 200gm kacang dhal – direbus
  • 200gm daging lembu – dihiris
  • 2 biji terung bulat – dipotong kecil2
  • 2 biji lobak merah – dipotong kecil2
  • 2 biji kentang
  • 10 batang kacang panjang – dipotong
  • 50gm serbuk kari daging + sedikit air
  • 4 cawan santan
  • Sedikit daun kari
  • Minyak masak dan garam

Bahan tumisan:

  • 3 biji buah pelaga
  • 2 kuntum bunga lawang
  • 3 kuntum bunga cengkih
  • 5 ulas bawang merah – dikisar
  • 2 cm halia – dikisar
  • 3 ulas bawang putih – dikisar
  • 2 biji bawang besar – dikisar

Cara-cara

  1. Panaskan minyak masak dalam periuk. Tumiskan daun kari, kulit kayu manis, buah pelaga, bunga lawang dan bunga cengkih hingga berbau.
  2. Masukkan bahan2 kisar dan kacau rata. Kemudian tuangkan bancuhan serbuk rempah kari. Goreng hingga garing.
  3. Seterusnya masukkan daging dan perlahankan api. Masak hingga daging lembut.
  4. Akhir sekali, masukkan kacang dhal, santan, sayur-sayuran dan garam. Masak hingga mendidih.

Strawberry Sweet Sour Fish

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Promfret fish -coated with corn four and fry
  • 1/4 bowl of chili sauce
  • 1/4 bowl of tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp of oyster sauce
  • 1/4 bowl of water
  • 3 slice of ginger – chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic -chopped
  • 1 onion – cut wedges
  • 3tbps oil (I use sunflower oil)
  • 2tbps of sugar
  • 1/2 red chili – sliced
  • handfull of cherry tomatoes ~ i bought from Cameron Highland, it’s so sweet
  • special added – 3 pieces of strawberries- sliced

METHOD

  • fry garlic and ginger till fragrant
  • add onion
  • then quickly add all the 3 sauce, water and sugar
  • put in slices of strawberries. stirr it till caramel look,
  • Once boiled , quickly pour on the fried fish
  • Ready to serve
