INGREDIENTS
- 4 pcs of red chili
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 inch of ginger
- 5 tbps of chicken stok
- 1 tbps of sugar
- 1 tps of salt
- 1 tsp of vinegar
METHOD
- blend all the ingredient
- then, boil the sauce and add some vinegar
- add more chicken stock for tickening the sauce
