Panduan Memandu Kenderaan Malaysia Ke Singapura

Ramai rakan saya bertanya saya tentang macamana procedure untuk memandu kenderaan Malaysia ke Singapura. Jadi, saya tulislah serba ringkas bekaitan dengan panduan memandu kenderaan Malaysia ke Singapura. Sebenarnya bukannya sukar sangat pon untuk memandu di sana, cuma apa yang perlu kita ambil tahu ada procedurenya sahaja….

PANDUAN INI UNTUK KENDERAAN PERSENDIRIAN SAHAJA

Soalan: Bang… apa yang perlu saya ada sebelum memandu ke Singapura bang?

  • Nombor satu kene ada kenderaan yang berdaftar di Malaysia dan cukop sifat, sihat tubuh badan serta mempunyai cukai jalan dan insuran yang sah dan belum tamat tempoh
  • Lesen memandu yang sah dan belum tamat tempoh
  • Salinan pendaftaran kenderaan (geran) – sekiranya diminta semasa beli Autopass
  • Salinan insurans (cover notes or policy) – sekiranya diminta semasa beli Autopass

Soalan: Bang… saya dah sampai kat JB nih bang… saya nak ikut jalan mana?

  • ada dua jalan yang boleh seberang ke Singapura. Ikut Tambak Johor atau boleh Ikut Tuas (link Ke-2)

Soalan: Apa yang perlu saya tahu bang???

  • kene tahu serba sedikit pasal procedure memandu. Kene tahu pasal:
    • VEP – Vehicle Entry Permit.
    • Autopass – ala… macam touch n go ler kat Malaysia nih
    • ERP – Electronic Road Pricing… ala kira cam toll laa….
    • speed limit – jaga-jaga…..max 80kmh aja…
    • cara pemanduan

Soalan: Apa semua benda tu bang?? VEP, Autopass, ERP tu???

  • VEP (Vehicle Entry Permit)
    • nih macam permit masok kenderaan ler..
    • SG$20/sehari dikenekan untuk VEP pada hari bekerja (Isnin – Jumaat dari jam 2pagi – 5ptg)
    • TETAPI yang syoknye setiap kenderaan Malaysia layak untuk mendapat 10 hari pengecualian dalam setahun.. so free 10 hari ler tidak termasuk hujung minggu dan cuti am Singapura.
  • Autopass
    • nih macam touch n go ler.. tapi dia terikat pada nombor pendaftaran kenderaan
    • tidak boleh tukar milik/kenderaan… segala maklumat kemasukkan kenderaan direkodkan menggunakan autopass ni
    • autopass nih boleh tahan 5 tahun.. pas tu kene renew.
    • Kalau jual keter.. make sure simpan autopass nih untuk buat cancelation nanti…
  • ERP (Electronic Road Pricing)
    • nih macam toll la… tapi bayaran toll diorang berubah-ubah ikut waktu…
    • jangan risau sangat pasal nih.. untuk kenderaan Malaysia amik aja flat ERP nih SG$5 SG$10 sehari (hari bekerja)…… round ler satu pulau tu pon cuma SG$5 SG$10 jer sehari(hari bekerja)….. bayar masa keluar dari Singapore nanti menggunakan Autopass kat checkpoint Tuas or Woodlands…

Soalan: OK Bang!… boleh tak abang ceritakan satu per satu, step by step bang… camne saya nak masuk ikut Tambak Johor bang?

  1. Sebelum sampai checkpoint Kastam Malaysia. Sila pastikan
    • Petrol isi penuh-penuh.. petrol kat SG mahel nak mamposs
    • dah isi WHITE CARD(Singapura) + Passport Malaysia. takde white card nanti kat CIQ mintak dan isi…
    • duit SG$ yang mencukopi..
    • bawak alat GPS kalau ada.. supaya senang tak sesat jalan….
    • pen jangan lupa bawa
  2. Sampai jer kat Kastam Malaysia Tambak Johor.
    • pandu lalu jer mana mana booth kastam
    • turunkan cermin kereta dan bagi salam dulu(kalau Islam ler)
    • senyum dan bagi passport untuk diperiksa
    • ucap terima kasih… dan terus pandu menuju ker Singapura……
  3. Sampai CIQ Singapura plak
    • pandu lalu jer mana-mana booth yang tulis MALAYSIAN/FOREIGN VEHICLE…
    • turunkan semua cermin kenderaan dan bagi salam (jika Islam)
    • bagi passport + white card yang sudah diisi… or takde white card mintak dan isi
    • make sure passport dikembalikan beserta keratan white card tu… jaga bebaik keratan white card tuh kalau taknak ada masalah masa keluar dari Singapura nanti…
    • terus memandu ke inspection booth.
  4. Sampai kat Inspection booth.
    • buka semua tingkap
    • buka bonet belakang dan driver kene turun dari kenderaan.
    • ikut arahan pegawai yang bertugas..
    • jangan lupa cakap terima kasih selepas diperiksa….
    • pssst… alah… diorang periksa takut ada orang seludup minyak masak, beras, gula, petrol,rokok……. etc….
    • terus memandu ke RED LANE untuk membeli AUTOPASS counter (untuk yang belom ada Autopass ler) Kalau dah ada Autopass, Step no 5 nih takyah buat….

    • parking kenderaan elok-elok.
    • jumpa dengan attendant autopass tuh.. tanya dia “Kak/Abg, Saya Nak Beli Autopass”
    • then dia akan tengok road tax, lesen memandu dan apabila dia selesai periksa.. dia akan bagi kita satu slip..
    • bawa slip tu ke counter Autopass dan bayar SG$10
    • yabedabedu!!!… dah ada Autopass….  ingat… lepas nih pi cari 7-Eleven.. untuk top-up Autopass nih.. kalau tak nanti ada masalah plak nak keluar sebab tak cukop credit…..
  6. Dah dapat Autopass tu…. terus memandu ler ke destinasi yang nak dituju…
    • saya ikut GPS aja…. senang…..sebab tak tahu jalan….
    • SELESAI PROCESS MASUK…..

Soalan: Bang…lepas tu ada apa lagi saya nak kene buat bang??

  • pertama sekali cari 7-Eleven untuk top-up Autopass tu. sebab Autopass nih boleh digunakan untuk macam-macam seperti parking, bayar toll dan sebagainye… top-up ler dalam SG$30 senang….
  • pas tu ikut suka ler ko nak pi kemana lepeh tu…

Soalan: Ok.. saya dah tahu cara masuk.. Cara nak keluar dari Singapore plak bang camne..???

  1. Make sure Autopass ada credit
  2. boleh keluar ikut Woodlands or Tuas (link-2)
  3. Bayaran Toll
    • Woodlands = SG$1.20
    • Tuas = S$3.20
  4. Pandu lalu kat mana mana booth tulis MALAYSIAN/FOREIGN VEHICLE
    • jangan lupa bagi salam (untuk Islam)
    • bagi passport + keratan white card
    • turunkan semua cermin kenderaan
    • senyum kat pegawai kastam Singapura
    • slot-in AUTOPASS untuk bayar toll dan ERP….
    • terus pandu ke Malaysia
    • jangan lupa cakap bye-bye Singapore yer…
  5. Sampai di Tambak Johor (MALAYSIA)
    • pandu lalu kat mana mana booth
    • bagi salam…….
    • serahkan passport untuk pemeriksaan
    • gunakan TOUCH N GO untuk bayar toll
    • jangan lupa cakap terima kasih…….
  6. SELESAI…………

INFO TAMBAHAN DARI LTA.GOV.SG

Foreign motorists without an In-Vehicle Unit (IU) in their cars (ala.. Alat macam Smartag untuk bayor tol tu)

1. Can I drive a foreign-registered car without an IU on ERP-priced
roads?

A: Yes, you can drive on any ERP-priced roads during ERP operational hours without installing an IU in your car. You will be charged an ERP fee of S$10 for each day you drive on ERP-priced roads.

This fee is payable with your Autopass card when you depart from the checkpoint. Just remember to have your Autopass card topped up (at 7-Eleven stores, selected petrol stations, top-up booths near the checkpoints and local bank ATMs) with sufficient cash balance to pay for ERP fees, VEP fees and toll charges before you proceed to the checkpoint.

2. How do I pay the ERP fees incurred?

A: The ERP system would detect foreign-registered cars without IU driving past any ERP gantry during ERP operational hours. On your departure at Woodlands or Tuas Checkpoint, the appropriate ERP fees (at a daily rate of S$10) would be deducted from your Autopass card.

When you are unwell with Influenza-like illness (ILI), practise the following:

Be socially responsible

Stay at home and rest. Drink plenty of clear fluids like water and clear soups to prevent dehydration.

Minimise physical contact with others including household members.
Keep yourself in a room separate from the common areas of the house, use a separate toilet and avoid having meals with others.

Wear a mask even when at home to avoid transmission to household members. Dispose your used mask in a plastic bag, tie it up and throw it into a covered rubbish bin. Wash your hands thoroughly after disposal of the used mask.

If you need to go out, wear a surgical mask.

In addition, you should also:

  • Avoid close contact with other people.
  • Avoid taking public transport.
  • Avoid attending large meetings or visiting crowded places.
  • Refrain from air travel if possible.

Special care should be taken to avoid the following groups of persons who are at high risk of developing Influenza-related complications:

  • Children < 5 years
  • Pregnant women
  • Have underlying medical conditions such as asthma, chronic lung disease, heart disease, diabetes or kidney disease
  • On dialysis
  • On immunosuppressants
  • Undergoing cancer treatment
  • On long-term aspirin therapy
  • Persons aged 65 years and older

Observe good personal hygiene

Cover your mouth and nose with tissue paper when coughing or sneezing. Dispose the used tissue paper in the rubbish bin properly.

Wash your hands every time you touch your nose, mouth or eyes.

Maintain good indoor ventilation.

Wash/wipe surfaces soiled with sputum, phlegm, nose discharge or vomit with 1:50 diluted household bleach (i.e. adding 1 part of bleach to 50 parts of water) immediately. Metallic surfaces can be cleaned with 70% alcohol.
If you need to come into close contact with anyone, both you and the uninfected person should wear surgical masks and maintain a distance of at least two metres from each other.

If you have been given medical leave, do not return to work or school before the end of the leave period.

Ini video clip yang baru saya terima dan tergerak rasa untuk dikongsi bersama. Mengikut sumber yang diterima, kes ini berlaku di Swensons Subang.

Apa yang anda semua akan lihat adalah bagaimana handbag diambil dari belakang mangsa tanpa menyedarinya berlaku. Ini adalah kerana mangsa terlalu asyik berbual dan meletakkan handbag pada tempat yang salah.

Perempuan yang pakai skirt hitam baju putih, lelaki yang pegang jacket dan seorang perempuan yang pakai seluar cerah baju hitam. Ketiga-tiga mereka mempunyai tugas-tugas yang khusus dimana perempuan (dajal betina) yang pakai skirt tu ditugaskan untuk mengambil beg, lelaki itu sebagai tukang cover perempuan tu takut-takut orang cekup dia dan tugas perempuan ketiga itu adalah untuk cover line.

Dari segi raut muka dan wajah, mereka kelihatan bukan warga Malaysia, dan kelihatan macam orang Latin Amerika… so berhati-hatilah semua…
