Resepi: Pengat Pisang Bersagu

Dah lama rasanya tak makan pengat pisang. Hari tuh Kheirul pergi pasar dia beli pisang Abu untuk buat pengat pisang. Ni kirakan favorite Ashraff and off course me. Dia makan bertambah. Dahlah bertambah setiap kali me or Kheirul makan, dia pun join. Afriena tak berapa sangat. Kalau kek ke, roti ke dia jalanlah.

I rasa I tak pernah share lagi resepi pengat pisang ni kot. Kalai ni I letak sagu supaya kuah dia rasa pekat and berisi sikit.

INGREDENT

  • Sesikat pisang abu dalam 10 biji, buang kulit belah dua
  • santan sekotak
  • gula melaka / manisan 2 ketul/kerek
  • 1/2 mangkuk sagu
  • secubit garam
  • daun pandan simpul

METHOD

  • Masukkan santan dengan secawan air, daun pandan dan gula melaka
  • Masak dengan api kecil sehingga gula melaka larut
  • Kacau santan jangan sampai santan mendidih
  • selepas itu masukkan pisang, sagu dan garam
  • Masak sehingga sagu nampak jernih
  • Sedia untuk dihidangkan

Kek Pisang

Last weekend, since weren’t going anywhere,so I took the chance to bake a banana cake for Tea. At first I thought of do the baking with Ashraff but he was sleeping..

So here is my simple banana cake but make sure preheat your oven :

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 cup of self rising flour
  • 1 cup of mashed banana
  • 0.5 cup of castor sugar
  • 0.5 cup of margarine
  • 1 egg
  • a handful of raisins (I used a small box of lego raisins)
  • a pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 0.25 cup of water (suppose milk but no stock)
  • a tsp of vanilla essence
  • slice of banana for garnishing

Method.

  1. Beat sugar and margarine till soft
  2. add egg continue beating
  3. then add vanilla essence , mashed banana
  4. then flour followed by cinnamon powder, then water and raisins
  5. done beating, pour into baking pan, put few drops of ribena syrups
  6. start baking for 45 mins in 175 degree.

Done baking, Ashraff and Afriena woke up and they enjoyed 2 pieces of banana cake
