INGREDIENTS
- 1 ekor ikan siakap
- 2 sudu pes tomyam
- i inci halia muda – dimayang halus
- 2 sudu besar sos ikan
- 2 biji cili padi dihiris
METHOD
- Kukus ikan dengan halia muda, cili padi dan sos ikan sehingga separuh masak
- bila ikan sudah separuh masak. lumurkan pes tomyam keatas ikan
- sambung untuk dikukus sehingga masak
- sedia untuk dihidang

INGREDIENTS
- 4 pcs of fish , can be red snapper, ikan duri or ikan pari
- 10 pcs of dried chili
- 7 red shallot
- 2 clove of garlic
- 1 inch belacan
- 1 inch of turmeric
- 2 stalk of lemon grass – knocked
- 2 inch of gallangal – knocked
- 1 bowl tamarind juice
- 3tbps of cooking oil
- eggplant, daun kesum and ladiesfinger
- salt , black pepper and ikan bilis granules
METHOD
- blend chili, shallot,garlic,turmeric and belacan
- heat oil, fry the paste untill you see the oil floated, add lemon grass and gallangal
- then add tamarind juice
- Once boiled, add fish let it boil again then add vegie follow by salt, pepper and ikan bilis granules
- let it simmer for 10 minute
- ready to serve

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Promfret fish -coated with corn four and fry
- 1/4 bowl of chili sauce
- 1/4 bowl of tomato sauce
- 1/4 bowl of water
- 3 slice of ginger – chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic -chopped
- 1 onion – cut wedges
- 3tbps oil (I use sunflower oil)
- 2tbps of sugar
- 1/2 red chili – sliced
- 1/2 of mango – cubed
- 1 slice of pine apple -sliced
- 5 dash nampla sauce
- 1 tsp of oyster sauce
METHOD
- fry garlic and ginger till fragrant
- add onion
- then quickly add all the sauces, water and sugar
- then put in mango cube and pineapple. stirr it till caramel look,
- Once boiled , quickly pour on the fried fish
- Ready to serve
