INGREDIENTS
- 1 ketul ayam di buang kulit
- 3 sudu besar perencah tadoori Maggi
- 3 sudu besar yogurt
METHOD
- perap ayam dengan perencah tandoori bersama yogurt selama 30 minit
- bakar ayam selama 30 minut dalam oven yang telah di panaskan
- bila masak, hidang kan denagn bawang besar dan hirisan limau nipis

INGREDIENTS
- Beef slice – I used batang pinang
- 1 inch ginger – slice
- 1 big onion -quartered
- 1 tbs of oyster sauce
- 1 tbs of soy sauce aka kicap
- 1 tbs of black pepper sauce
- 1 tbs of honey
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- 1 tsp of vinegar
- 2 tbs of olive oil
- 2 stalk of spring onion – cut to to 2 inch
- 1 tomato – quartered
METHOD
- heat oil
- put in ginger, then onion
- then add in beef
- fry till brown then add all ingredients
- stir for few minuts then ready to serve

INGREDIENTS

- 2 cloves of garlic – slices
- 1 big onion – slice
- 1 red chili and 5 long bean
- soy sauce aka kicap
- enough oil
- salt to taste
METHOD
- put all the beef slices in your frying pan . Cook them untill it tender enough
- Once all water access dry out, add in oil
- fry ginger, garlic and onion
- then chili and and beans and kicap , keep stiring
- taste with salt
Servce with White rice.
