Ashraff is officially with no nappy for whole day. Before this, during bedtime dia still on nappy.Tapi sampai bila kan dia nak pakai nappy masa tidur. So, since last weekend, I dah train dia. Rupanya,bukan susah cuma kena rajin jer. So far takde lagi tereksiden bed wetting.
Normally, before dia off to bed, we will ask him pergi toilet utk shee shee. Pastu dia pi tidur. Dalam pukul 4.30 during sahur, I will kejutkan dia for another toilet visit. Senang jer train dia. Afriena’s turn tak lama lagi once nappy supply dia habis.
Ha… ni tips for diaperless during bedtime (through my experience)
- Bring him to toilet before bedtime – tapi Ashraff ada gak complain ” no water come out already”
- Wake him up after 4-5 hours sleep for toilet visit
- Don’t buy any nappy cos, if there any nappy he’ll want to wear it
- Praise him – cakaplah dia good boy ke, hensem ke..
- Reward him
