INGREDIENTS
- 300g Bak choy – blanched
- 3tbps of oyster sauce
- fried garlic
- 3-5 dash of sesame oil
- mince chicken
- 3tbps of water
METHOD
- heat some cooking oil, add mince chicken
- once, brown, add oyster sauce
- follow by sesame oil
- then some water
- once boiled, pour on the blanched bak choy and garnish with fried garlic
Note: When you blanch your vegie, add some sugar and sesam oil in it, so that your vegie’s colour look bright.You also could try on eggplant but this one you need to steam it.
