Steam fish with taucu

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 big fish – could be siakap, bawal emas or ikan sebelah
  • Lot of ginger (young ginger)- sliced
  • 1 tbs of Light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • 2 spoon of taucu
  • 2 clove of garlic -minced
  • onion – sliced
  • 1 tbs of coooking oil

METHOD

  • place your fish in a big plate
  • put in ginger, light soy sauce, and sesame oil
  • steam for 15 minutes
  • On the pan, fry garlic,onion and taucu till fragrance and add some water
  • Then pour the taucu sauce over the fish
  • steam for 5 mins, then garnish with spring onion and coriander leave
  • ready to serve
