Ikan Cencaru Masak Merah

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pcs of Ikan Cencaru – marinated with salt and tumeric
  • 2 tbps of chili paste
  • 2 big onion – i to be blend and 1 to be sliced
  • 2 pip of garlic
  • 1 stalk of lemongrass – knocked
  • 1 tbps of kerisk
  • 2 tbs of tomato sauce
  • 1 tbps of soy sauce
  • sugar and salt

METHOD

  • Fry the fish in hot oil
  • blend chili,onion, garlic and kerisik
  • heat oil and fry the paste untill fragrance
  • add lemongrass and sliced onion
  • then add tomato sauce, soy sauce, sugar and salt
  • once the sauce boiled ,add fish
  • simmer for 5 minutes then off fire.

She’s down with fever………

She’s down with fever again….. What worry me is it’s gonna take few days for her to recover and this will make me tired. She will vomit, refuse to eat and worse thing is crying. According to Doctor, she has lil bit of athsma. Hope she’ll be ok before this weekend.Actually, she got the fever from her brother which doing fine now.

Soup Vegie

Sayur Air

INGREDIENTS

  • Mix vegie – chinese lettuce,carrot, cauliflower and brocolli
  • a handful of sliced beef
  • 2 cloves of garlic – minced
  • salt and pepper
  • enough water to make soup
  • some oil

METHOD

  • heat some oil, then fry mince garlic till fragrance
  • then add some water
  • once boiled, add sliced beef
  • cook till tender then add mix vegie, salt and pepper
  • once boiled, off fire then ready to serve
