Sayur Air
INGREDIENTS
- Mix vegie – chinese lettuce,carrot, cauliflower and brocolli
- a handful of sliced beef
- 2 cloves of garlic – minced
- salt and pepper
- enough water to make soup
- some oil
METHOD
- heat some oil, then fry mince garlic till fragrance
- then add some water
- once boiled, add sliced beef
- cook till tender then add mix vegie, salt and pepper
- once boiled, off fire then ready to serve

- 1/2 stick of carrot – sliced
- chinese lettuce
- brocoli – blanched
- Kimcan
- chicken meat – sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic – minced
- oil
- sliced chili
- 1 tbps oyster sauce
METHOD
- Heat some oil
- fry some garlic
- then add chicken, stir fry
- once chicken cooked then add carrots
- then follow by brocolli, chinese lettuce and Kimcan
- add oyster sauce and stirr them for few minutes
- off fire
- ready to serve
