INGREDIENTS
- Mix vegie – chinese lettuce,carrot, cauliflower and tomato
- a handful of slicedchicken, shrimp and squid
- 2 cloves of garlic – minced
- Minced onion
- salt and pepper
- enough water to make soup
- some oil
METHOD
- heat some oil, then fry mince garlic, onion and black paper till fragrance
- then in chicken, shrimp and squid
- stirr them untill half cooked
- then add some water
- once boiled add in vegie
- taste with salt
- and follow by rice noodle
- ready to serve
