1st Ramadhan-The Bone , The Shell

first ramadhan start very well.IT was on Monday. I went to my sewing class, still with basic embroidery and next week will start with Baju Kurung and Sandal’s project. The project will be my Baju and Kasut raya.and for husband, I leave him with kids and fish to clean. FYI, he went to market to get some fishes and meat.

Back home around 3pm, get some rest and around 6, start cooking. I cooked sweet sour prawn, sup tulang and for vegie, we have ulam with sambal belacan. The prawn actually for Ashraff because it his favourite. He had 4 of it!

How to make fresh egg noodle

INGREDIENTS

4 cups plain flour
1 cup water
1 egg
1 tablespoon ash water (or edible lime water)
few drops of yellow coloring (i used tumeric powder)

METHOD

Mix above ingredients into a mixing bowl. Knead for about 10 minutes. Dough should not be too soft.
Let dough rest for 1 hour.
Make into small balls. Roll flat and coat with flour.
Put into the pasta machine, the smooth part. Repeat trice.
Coat the thin piece into enough flour and put through the noodle cutter on the pasta machine.
Mix water with some salt and oil and bring to boil. Pour the noodles into the boiling water for about 5 minutes. Keep stirring to avoid noodles from sticking to each other.
Pour noodles into a strainer and wash with running tap water.
When cold, rub noodles with oil.
Ready to use.

Bodyshop Merah

Tadi baru balik dari JJ Equine Park. saja beli barang dapur. So while waiting for Kheirul and Afriena pergi beli sampul surat… I singgah la Bodyshop with my Image Consultant.Tujuannye nak beli Body Scrub. Selalu I suka beli Moringa Body butter, bau dia like melur romantic gitu tapi kali ni, SA tuh promote buah delima fragrance punya. So I sambar lah satu. Beli satu set tuh . total RM114.90.Boleh pakai 1-2 bulan kot, insya’allah…sebab memang pakai hari-hari.

Normally I beli kat Mid Valley tapi kureng puas hati beli kat sana sbb SA dia mcm berlagak sikit… tapi kat Equine Park, very friendly… I siap cakap lagi,SA sini very friendly compare ngan Mid Valley. dorang senyum je.

FYI, I bukan kaki shopping pun, selalu I akan pergi masuk kedai terus beli sbb dah dalam plan….Suka la plak kaler merah... tapi my feveret color is Pink, blue, purple , green dan byk lagi…. Ni untuk peminat merah…sila lah menjamu mata ye…
