Jangan buang ekor dia, sbb bila goreng nampak cantik.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ingredient<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Udang besar 20 ekor<\/li>\n<li>1 cawan tepung gandum<\/li>\n<li>1 biji telur kuning<\/li>\n<li>2 sudu serbuk penaik<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cawan air sejuk (ice water)<\/li>\n<li>secubit garam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>buang kulit udang, belah belakang buang urat hitam dan\u00a0rasakan dengan secubit garam dan lada sulah<\/li>\n<li>kacau tepung dengan serbuk penaik dan garam<\/li>\n<li>masukkan telur kuning kacau<\/li>\n<li>seterusnya masukkan air, kacau hingga sebati<\/li>\n<li>celup udang dalam tempura dan goreng hingga warna keemasan<\/li>\n<li>siap dihidangkan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nota:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>tujuan letak secubit garam dan lada sulah adalah untuk &#8220;enhance&#8221;kan lagi rasa udang<\/li>\n<li>Guna ice water untuk lebih garing<\/li>\n<li>bancuhan jangan terlalu pekat atau terlalu cair, cara nak tau tempura ok, tengok belakang sudu . caranya kacau dengan sudu and bila tengok belakang sudu kita boleh buat garisan dengan tangan.<\/li>\n<li>boleh tampah oregano\/prsli atau thyme dalam bancuhan untuk kelainan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Budak-budak suka sangat dengan tempura.
