Nak makan lontong plak. maklumlah kat Kelantan mana ada lontong. ramai tak makan. I memang suka lontong. My pinggan lontong mestilah lebih sayur, kurang lontong. Paling sedap lontong I makan adalah lontong Mak Long saya yang dok Singapura. Oleh kerana lontong dia sedap. I tanya lah resepi nak buat kuah lontong. Dulu I ingat dalam kuah lontong tu dia letak nangka muda sedap. Tapi masa kat Tesco, I tak jumpa nangka muda. Oh ya you all pernah makan lontong paku? hahahah lontong paku maksudnya kuah lontong dia sayur pucuk paku jer. I tak pernah makan.<\/p>\n<p>Resepi kuah lontong seperti dibawah ye<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENT<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kotak santan<\/li>\n<li>5 batang cili kering -kisar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 genggam udang kering &#8211; kisar<\/li>\n<li>1 biji bawang besar -kisar<\/li>\n<li>3 biji bawang putih kisar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 inci halia &#8211; kisar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 inci lengkuas kisar<\/li>\n<li>2 batang serai &#8211; 1 kisar , 1 ketuk<\/li>\n<li>1 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit<\/li>\n<li>5 cawan air<\/li>\n<li>1 batang lobak merah &#8211; potong macam batang mancis<\/li>\n<li>15 kacang buncis- potong serong<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 biji kubis, dihiris kasar-kasar<\/li>\n<li>1pkt suhun<\/li>\n<li>2 keping tauhu, \u00a0&#8211; goreng dan potong 9<\/li>\n<li>1 keping tempe, potong sebesar ibu jari &#8211; goreng<\/li>\n<li>4 keping fu chok &#8211; rendam<\/li>\n<li>garam dan gula secukup rasa<\/li>\n<li>1 keping asam keping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>METHOD<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Tumiskan bahan kisar \u00a0bersama serbuk kunyit dan serai yang diketuk hingga garing<\/li>\n<li>bila dah garing, masukkan air,santan dan asam keping<\/li>\n<li>Bila nampak dah panas, masukkan fu chok dan lobak merah, masak hingga empok<\/li>\n<li>Dah empok bolehlah masukkan semua sayur , suhun tempe dan tauhu<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0rasakan garam dan gula, kacau sebati tutup api<\/li>\n<li>sedia dihidangkan dengan sambal sotong, serunding kelapa dan lontong.<\/li>\n<li>Takde lontong pakai nasi impit pun boleh<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mood raya belum habis.
