Macam biasa jangan lupa daun pudina, baru balance rasa. Hasilnya, Mee Kari ini sangat sedap sebab rasa dia light taklah berkari sangat or muak.Rayyan suka sangat makan ketam, siap mintak nak isi ketam lepas tu mulut buat bunyi ssssspppp&#8230;das das.. minum air sambung makan.<\/p>\n<p>Resepi Mee Kari Ketam istimewa saya seperti berikut<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENT<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1Paket Loh See Fun \u2013 boleh pakai Mi kuning, mihun atau laksa \u2013 celur sekejap<\/li>\n<li>3 ekor ketam bunga<\/li>\n<li>2 inci halia \u2013 kisar<\/li>\n<li>1 inci kunyit \u2013 kisar<\/li>\n<li>4 inci lengkuas kisar<\/li>\n<li>1 mangkuk udang kering \u2013 dikisar<\/li>\n<li>3 batang serai \u2013 2 btg kisar, 1 btg ketuk<\/li>\n<li>2 sudu cili kisar<\/li>\n<li>8 biji bawang merah \u2013 kisar<\/li>\n<li>2 biji bawang putih \u2013 kisar<\/li>\n<li>3 biji buah keras \u2013 kisar<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 kotak santan<\/li>\n<li>2 cawan air<\/li>\n<li>2 keping asam keping<\/li>\n<li>1 bunga kantan<\/li>\n<li>garam dan gula secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>Tauhu puk<\/li>\n<li>20 biji fish ball<\/li>\n<li>250g kerang rebus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Garnishing<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>fish cake- digoreng dan di hiris<\/li>\n<li>daun pudina<\/li>\n<li>tauge \u2013 di celur<\/li>\n<li>kari ayam kering<\/li>\n<li>sambal tumis kosong<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>METHOD<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Panaskan minyak<\/li>\n<li>tumis bahan kisar bersama serai yag diketuk sehingga pecah minyak<\/li>\n<li>Bila pecah minyak, masukkan santan, air<\/li>\n<li>Kacau hingga mendidih<\/li>\n<li>bila mendidih, masukkan bunga kantan, asam keping garam dan gula<\/li>\n<li>masukkan ketam, biarkan masak<\/li>\n<li>kemudian masukkan fishball dan kerang dan tau puk<\/li>\n<li>masak lagi selama 1-2 minitdan matikan api<\/li>\n<li>Hidangkan dengan mi kegemaran bersama sayur, daun pudina,kari ayam yang dimasak kering dan juga sambal tumis kosong<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kan orang dok heboh mee kari ketam sedap..mee kari ketam sedap..adeeh harus cuba buat.
