Yang kiterang beli ni Patin Sangkar, beli yang hidup lagi, \u00a0beli kat tepi Sungai Pahang kat Termeloh.<\/p>\n<p>Geram tengok patin ni&#8230; nampak ada tempoyak yang MIL kasi&#8230;harus buat ni. Kali ni I buat resepi masak asam pedas kelantan yang letak kunyit lengkuas tu, then campur tempoyak. <a href=\"http:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/2008\/09\/resepi-ikan-patin-masak-tempoyak-pahang\/\">Selalu masak style yang my SIL ajar,<\/a> tak pakai bawang.\u00a0Saja nak try.sedap gak. ,Tapi yang ni kurang pedas. Bulan puasa takleh makan pedas sangat nanti pedih ulu hati.Ada lagi sepeket ikan nak masak. Masak 2 ketul ni 2 hari punya makan tau sebab besar sangat.<\/p>\n<p>Resepi Patin asak Tempoyak<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENT<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 ketul ikan patin<\/li>\n<li>1 inci lengkuas<\/li>\n<li>1 inci kunyit<\/li>\n<li>1 genggam beras- direndam air 10 minit<\/li>\n<li>3 biji bawang merah<\/li>\n<li>1 biji bawang putih<\/li>\n<li>2 biji cili merah- nak pedas tambah cili padi<\/li>\n<li>3-4 tangkai daun kesum<\/li>\n<li>2 sudu tempoyak<\/li>\n<li>1 keping asam keping<\/li>\n<li>3 cawan air<\/li>\n<li>garam dan pati ikan bilis secukup rasa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>METHOD<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tumbuk beras sampai lumat, lepas tu tumbuk, cili, bawang, lengkuas dan kunyit sampai lumat<\/li>\n<li>jerang air , masukkan bahan tumbuk dan tempoyak<\/li>\n<li>kacau sampai mendidih dan rasakan garam ,pati ikan bilis dan asam keping.<\/li>\n<li>BIla sebati, masukkan ikan,<\/li>\n<li>Masak seketika sampai ikan masak dan taburkan \u00a0daun kesum<\/li>\n<li>Tutup api dan sedia untuk dihidangkan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Note: I masukkan semua perasa \u00a0baru masukkan ikan sebab ikan ni senang hancur, jadi bila ikan dah masuk periuk kita tak payah nak kacau dah.
