Ni kira my 3rd time pergi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thecookinghouse.com\/\">The Cooking House<\/a> kat Desa Sri Hartamas. 1st and 2nd sebab Masterchef event..remember? At first, Kheirul nak hantar pergi ke Hartamas tu tapi, melihatkan si kecik tu tidur lagi macam kesian je nak kejut dia , so I pun cakap, takpelah&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><em>Takpelah..mama pergi sendiri, drive sendiri<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Tau ke nak pi sendiri tu?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ala..GPS kan ada..<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tapikan Hartamas tu kira tempat hari-hari pergi masa Ashraff kecik dulu sebab kena hantar dia ke rumah my SIL, maid dia tolong jagakan. \u00a0so macam kacang je..tak pakai GPS pun boleh sampai.<\/p>\n<p>Apapun , Alhamdulillah&#8230;30 minit je dah sampai, jalan tak jam. Pukul 10 dah terpacak kat sana, 15 minit lepas tu dah start. Yang paling I excited nak belajar ialah nasi minyak. Sebab I tak pernah masak nasi minyak. Bahan terpenting, cili, bawang, and rempah&#8230;. First menu , Chef Rynn ajar kiterang masak Mee Rebus Utara. Menarik resepi ni sebab lain dari yang selalu I masak. Selalu I masak I pakai kacang tapi yang ni takde kacang. Ayam masak merah rasa lemak-lemak sikit sebab Cheff letak susu cair. berbeza dengan yang I masak. mmmm sesuatu yang baru. Sedap tau. Lepas masak Ayam masak merak, saat yang ditunggu, jeng jeng jeng.. masak nasi minyak.Senang je rupanya nak masak nasi minyak ni. Takdelah banyak kerja. yang penting kena ada Minyak sapi.Kena tumiskan semua barang tumis, letak susu dan beras dan masak seperti biasa. Kata cheff, kalau tak nak goreng pun takpe, boleh je letak dalam periuk terus. Dia punya bau, punyalah sedap. Bau sedap minyak sapi bercampur dengan bau daun pandan. Oh ya nasi minyak ni nak masak dia kena pakai beras basmathi tau.Lepas masak nasi minyak, last menu adalah Daging kerisik. Sesuatu yang baru. But I really enjoy dengan kelas masak ni. Banyak benda baru yang I belajar.
