Nak masak mesti yang pelik-pelik or jarang makan. Mula lah menggagau cari idea nak makan apa. \u00a0Sekali ting terbayang ayam percik. Ayam percik kalau nak sedap kena cari kat Kelantan, kalau kat sini tak berapa umpph.. jadi sebab cerewet sangat haruslah masak sendiri. Tak susah pun senang je.<\/p>\n<p>Kali ni buat ayam percik letak cili merah. Selalu kuah dia putih kan&#8230; Ayam ni I masak dulu dalam kuah berserta daun pandan then bakar dalam oven. Tapi kalau nak sedap ppanggang atas bara, curah kuah sikit baru ada rasa karamel tuh&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Pada yang nak try ayam percik ni boleh lah try resepi ni..<\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 ekor ayam<\/li>\n<li>santan satu kotak<\/li>\n<li>7 ulas bawang merah \u2013 kisar<\/li>\n<li>2 ulas bwang putih -kisar<\/li>\n<li>1 inci halia- kisar<\/li>\n<li>1 kunyit -kisar<\/li>\n<li>4 btg serai \u2013 3 dikisar, 1 diketuk<\/li>\n<li>2 biji cili merah &#8211; kalau nak pedas letak cili padi (tapi saya takleh makan pedas) -kisar<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0garam dan gula melaka secukup rasa<\/li>\n<li>2 asam keping<\/li>\n<li>1 helai daun pandan disimpul<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>METHOD<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>masukkan bahan kisar, santan, daun pandan, serai dan asam keping ke dalam periuk<\/li>\n<li>rasakan dgn garam , gula<\/li>\n<li>masak \u00a0bersama ayam hingga ayam masak 3\/4<\/li>\n<li>Keluarkan ayam, bakar dalam oven atau atas pemanggang atau grill atas kuali<\/li>\n<li>Sementara tu biarkan kuah sampai pecah minyak<\/li>\n<li>Bila ayam nampak dah nak masak, percik-percik sikit \/ curah pun takpa sikit kuah atas ayam, bakar lagi untuk 2-3 minit<\/li>\n<li>bila dah masak, hidang dengan kuah percik.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tujuan letak daun pandan adalah sebab nak kasi bau wangi.
