Ok lah meh nak citer pasal Negimaki aka beef rolls. Kan dapat hamper maggi ada banayak perencah nak pakai&#8230;one of them ada black pepper sauce. Normally orang buat daging masak black pepperkan? but me boringlah, I&#8217;ve change to beef roll. At least bebudak makan sayur yang tersembunyi tu.<\/p>\n<p>Inilah rupa negimaki yang belum dimasak. I gulung dengan daun bawang dan carrot. Nak lagi sedap, you all boleh gulung dengan cendawan enoki. Resepi Negimaki adalah seperti di bawah<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENT<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>30 gm sirloin beef- hiris nipis<\/li>\n<li>1 sudu\u00a0 besar kicap manis kipas udang<\/li>\n<li>1 sudu kecil sos tiram<\/li>\n<li>1 sudu kecil gula<\/li>\n<li>2 sudu besar air tapai (sebagai ganti sake dan mirin) &#8211; kalau takde ganti dengan grapejuice+cuka+gula<\/li>\n<li>carrot yang dipotong halus secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>daun bawang secukupnya<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>METHOD<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>daging yang dihiris nipis diperap dengan sos tiram, kicap , gula dan air tapai selama 30 minit<\/li>\n<li>gulung daging dengan carrot dan daun bawang<\/li>\n<li>sematkan lidi\u00a0 supaya gulungan tak terbuka<\/li>\n<li>goreng dengan sedikit minyak<\/li>\n<li>Sos perapan yang tak habis, boleh di masak untuk dijadikan kuah. tambah sedikit tepung kalau nak pekat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Inilah rupa negimaki yang dah masak.
