So I tweet <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kakinakl.com\/\">Kak Ina KL<\/a> tanya susah tak nak buat Roti Naan? Dia kata senang je. I follow resepi dari <a href=\"http:\/\/www.manjulaskitchen.com\/2007\/05\/22\/naan-bread\/\">Manjula&#8217;s Kitchen<\/a>. Suka baca resepi dia sebab dia vegetarian and resepi dia sangat unik. semua masakan dia tak pakai bawang. I know some vegetarian memang tak makan bawang. Now, kalau nak makan taandori Chicken, it&#8217;s worth untuk buat sendiri. I siap boleh prepare garam masaala sendiri tau..:)<\/p>\n<p>Macam mana nak buat garam masaala? Ni resepi dia<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENT<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2tsp cumin<\/li>\n<li>2tsp corriander seed<\/li>\n<li>2tsp black peppercorn<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp caddamon<\/li>\n<li>1 stick cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp cloves<\/li>\n<li>4 bay leaves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>METHOD<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sagai \/pan toast semua bahan kecuali bay leave selama 3-5 minute sampai berbau satu rumah<\/li>\n<li>tunggu sejuk dan barulah kisar semua bahan sampai halus<\/li>\n<li>siap boleh pakai untuk semua jenis masakan.<\/li>\n<li>Simpan dalam bekas kedap udara.
