Normally kalau masak ayam kicap, I akan masukkan jugak baked beans sedap but massa ni tak letak sebab baked bean punya stok dah habis.Masakan ni adalah healthy sebab tak pakai miyak pun.<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENT<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/4 ayam, potong kecil<\/li>\n<li>1 labu bawang besar &#8211; di hiris tebal<\/li>\n<li>2 biji bawang putih &#8211; di mayang<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 inci halia &#8211; dimayang<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 sudu kecil lada hitam<\/li>\n<li>secawan kecil kicap manis<\/li>\n<li>3 sudu besar sos tiram<\/li>\n<li>1 biji lada besar &#8211; dihiris<\/li>\n<li>sedikit air<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>METHOD<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bersihkan ayam<\/li>\n<li>Campurkan semua bahan kecuali cili besar dan 1\/4 dari bawang besar<\/li>\n<li>Gaul sebati masak sehingga ayam empuk<\/li>\n<li>Bila ayam empuk, masukkan cili besar dah hirisan bawang besar<\/li>\n<li>Masak sehingga bawang layu, matikan apai<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ayam kicap ni, one of our favorite.
