I got from French at home.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2793\" title=\"r4\" src=\"http:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/r4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" \/><\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENT<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 biji kentang russet<\/li>\n<li>secawan susu penuh krim<\/li>\n<li>4 kiub butter\/lepa susu<\/li>\n<li>secubit garam dan lada hitam<\/li>\n<li>sedikit thyme<\/li>\n<li>sehelai daun bay<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>METHOD<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>kupas kentang, potong 4 dan rebus sehingga empuk<\/li>\n<li>bila empuk, sejat air dan letak kentang kembali dalam periuk . Biarkan air didalam periuk kering dengan meletakkan kembali periuk diatas api<\/li>\n<li>Bila air kering tutup api<\/li>\n<li>Di dalam periuk laian,panaskan susu bersama thyme dan daun bay .<\/li>\n<li>Bila susu cukup panas (bila nampak buih -buih kecil) tutup api<\/li>\n<li>lecekkan kentang bersama butter sehingga hancur, rasakan dengan garam dan lada hitam<\/li>\n<li>Selepas itu masukkan susu sedikit demi sedikit. kacau rata sehingga kentang nampak pekat.<\/li>\n<li>Sedia untuk dihidangkan dengan kuah.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note: saya pakai kuah Mc Commick.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I made mashed potato special for lamb chop.
