Si Michiko ni memang memenuhi jadual harian saya. Kalau kita dok dalam toulet pun dia ketuk pintu dang gung gang sambil panggil mama mama mama<\/p>\n<p>apatah lagi nak update blog. Pegang henpon dia amik henpon pastu campak then dia suruh tgk muka dia.<\/p>\n<p>hari ni bak share menu sarapan yang simple tapi berkhasiat dan kenyang. Our breakfast menu normally jarang makan nasi lemak. Kids love egg, so kena pelbagaikan resepi. Yang ni kita panggil baked egg.<\/p>\n<p>bahan bahan<\/p>\n<p>bahan A&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1 biji bawang besar kuning &#8211; dadu &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1 biji tonato &#8211; dadu<\/p>\n<p>1 cawan bayam&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3 keping salami<\/p>\n<p>2 biji kentang putih &#8211; dadu<\/p>\n<p>1 as bawang putih cincang<\/p>\n<p>sedikit minyak<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>bahan B<\/p>\n<p>4 biji telur<\/p>\n<p>2 cawan susu segar<\/p>\n<p>salt n pepper<\/p>\n<p>Keju parut secukupnya<\/p>\n<p>caranya<\/p>\n<p>Bahan A: tumis bawang kuning n bawang putih sampai layu, masukkan kentang, kacau goreng sampai empuk, masukkan salami , kacau . Masukkan bayam dan tomato, rasakan garam dan lada hitam.<\/p>\n<p>Bahan B- pecahkan telur 4 biji, pukul telur dan masukkan susu. Pukul hingga sebati dan rasakan garam dan lada hitam.<\/p>\n<p>Datukan bahan A dan Bahan B dalam bekas pembakar, taburkan keju parut dan bakar selam 20 minit atau set.
