Kalau cakap kat papa nya, dia cakap order je, tapi kalau cakap kat mama&#8230;mama cakap kita buat sendiri lah lagi sedap. Budak-budak hoorayyy..<\/p>\n<p>Buat pizza dengan bebudak is something yang happy .. happy untuk dorang but not for me&#8230; habis sepah dapur aku tau. Kalau order domino or pizza hut, pizza yang dapat kadang-kadang berminyak-minyak , sometimes keras lah&#8230;ada je komplen. 3 biji regular pizza&#8230; kalau beli mesti dah RM50 dah. Tu belum lagi tambah extra cheese. Kejap je buat pun. agak-agak sejam sebelum nak makan &#8230; boleh lah uli. \u00a0Uli 15-20 minit guna tangan , pastu biarkan sampai dia kembang. Alah macam buat roti.<\/p>\n<p>Resepi doh pizza<\/p>\n<p>Bahan-bahan<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500g gandum (saya guna japanese bread flour dan tepung biasa)<\/li>\n<li>2 sudu kecil yis<\/li>\n<li>secubit garam<\/li>\n<li>2 sudu kecil gula<\/li>\n<li>air secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>3 sudu besar minyak (minyak kelapa sawit atau minyak zaitun)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cara-cara<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>satukan bahan-bahan kering<\/li>\n<li>bila dah sebati buat telaga kecil kat tengah-tengah<\/li>\n<li>lepas tu masukkan minyak, gaul dan diikuti dengan air. Masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit<\/li>\n<li>lepas tu uli. Kalau rasa kurang air, tambah sikit sikit, Uli sampai doh tak lekat kat tangan . Ini konsep samalah nak \u00a0buat roti canai&#8230; dulu-dulu kalau tengok mak ke abah uli roti canai, dorang cakap uli sampai tak lekat kat tangan<\/li>\n<li>Pastu uli lah sampai doh lembut dalam masa 20 minit kot.<\/li>\n<li>Lepas dah uli doh&#8230; ha peraplah dia sampai kembang semangkuk dalam 45 minit dah ok dah<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Untuk topping&#8230; letak lah topping apa-apa yan terlintas di fikiran anda.<\/p>\n<p>macam kiterang, I guna pasta sauce dah masak dengan roasted bell pepper. So rasa dia ada macam smoked and manis. Boleh cuba.<\/p>\n<p>Resepi tomato sauce&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a01 tin sos prego<\/li>\n<li>1 biji bell pepper &#8211; bakar sama dia, sampai hitam gelap kulit bel pepper, bila dah terbakar\u00a0kulit dia, letak dalam brown beg sampai sejuk.<\/li>\n<li>Bila dah sejuk, kopek kulit yang hitam tu, jangan cuci bell pepper tu sbb nanti dia hilang manis dia.<\/li>\n<li>Lepas tu dadu dia, dan masak lah dengan sos prego sampai mendidih. Selalunya, sos ni I simpan dalam fridge, bila-bila nak makan , boleh panas kan kuah, makan dengan pasta atau buat sos pizza, buat meatball&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Senangkan&#8230; jangan susahkan diri anda&#8230; make it simple<\/p>\n<p>Untuk topping plak&#8230; simple je, tengok apa yang ada dalam fridge. I guna sosej, potong dadu,<\/p>\n<p>Untuk buat pizza, I leperkan dia dengan tangan je, letak atas pan atau dulang, sapukan minyak zaitun atau minyak \u00a0biasa. \u00a0Bila dah leperkan doh, parut sebiji bawang putih atas doh..tabur kan&#8230; kalau ada yang tak habis dalam separuh tu, benamkan bawang putih tu kat tengah doh.. percayalah&#8230; bila bakar bau dia sedap, dan boleh buat ubat kentut.
