Cara masak sama tapi rempah lain dan guna santan sikit je<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-17618\" src=\"http:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/image25-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"image\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/image25-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/image25-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/image25-624x468.jpg 624w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7 ekor sotong saiz medium \u2013\u00a0I guna 2 ekor sotong yg panjang 15cm<\/li>\n<li>3 tangkai daun kari<\/li>\n<li>1 sudu kecil Biji sawi<\/li>\n<li>5\u00a0Bawang kecil -mayang halus<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00a0Bawang putih\u00a0 \u00a0-mayang halus<\/li>\n<li>seinci Halia\u00a0-mayang halus<\/li>\n<li>1 \/ 2 pkt \u00a0Serbuk kari ikan<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 pkt serbuk kari udang<\/li>\n<li>3 sudu\u00a0santan pekat<\/li>\n<li>1 mangkuk kecil air asam jawa &#8211; ni ikut rasa masing -masing<\/li>\n<li>5-6 biiji bendi<\/li>\n<li>garam dan gula secukup rasa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CARA-CARA<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tumis daun kari dan biji sawi sampai naik bau<\/li>\n<li>Lepas tu masukkankan bawang yang dimayang dan halia , tumis lagi sampai layu<\/li>\n<li>bila dah layu masukkan serbuk kari \u00a0\u2013 tumis sampai pecah minyak<\/li>\n<li>Bila dah pecah minyak, masukkan air asam jawa dan garam gula<\/li>\n<li>bila dah mendidih, masukkan santan , sotong dan bendi<\/li>\n<li>masak hingga mendidih, bila mendidih tutup api<\/li>\n<li>Biar je sayur masak dgn kepanasan yang ada<\/li>\n<li>siap untuk dihidangkan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I tak guna air pun sbb sotong akan keluarkan air. Masak sotong pun kejap je sbb tak nak dia overcook. Kalau overcook , nanti dia keras. Macam semalam I masak, I tumis siap,-siap sampai garam dan gula, then keluar ambik anak-anak dari sekolah, Bila balik rumah dekat-dekat dinner baru sambung masaka letak sotong. Haaaa baru power makan. Kena plak dengan Ikan tenggiri goreng, letak bawang tuang kicap perah asam limau&#8230;pehhhh rasa nak amik daun pisang makan jer.
