{"id":15611,"date":"2014-09-08T16:00:53","date_gmt":"2014-09-08T08:00:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/?p=15611"},"modified":"2014-09-08T16:00:53","modified_gmt":"2014-09-08T08:00:53","slug":"teriyaki-salmon-with-wasabi-mashed-potato-and-citrus-salad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/2014\/09\/teriyaki-salmon-with-wasabi-mashed-potato-and-citrus-salad\/","title":{"rendered":"Teriyaki Salmon with wasabi mashed potato and citrus salad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-14259\" src=\"http:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/philips2-e1404172874887-600x337.jpg\" alt=\"philips2\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ingredient<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 salmon fillet<\/li>\n<li>3 tbs soya sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 tbs white vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 russet potato<\/li>\n<li>100ml full cream milk<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp wasabi paste<\/li>\n<li>Orange flesh from 1 orange &#8211; slicely thinly<\/li>\n<li>10 g alfalfa<\/li>\n<li>1 bird eye chili &#8211; slicely thinly<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd red bell pepper &#8211; slicely thinly<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd yellow onion \u2013 slicely thinly<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bake the potato using the air fryer\u00a0 for\u00a0 20mins with 120 degree celcius<\/li>\n<li>Once the potato cooked and tender, mashed it<\/li>\n<li>Add milk and wasabi\u00a0 to your liking and light creamy<\/li>\n<li>For teriyaki sauce, Put the soya sauce , brown sugar and vinegar in a pot<\/li>\n<li>Cook it slowly until the sugar became caramelize<\/li>\n<li>The sauce is ready, then airfried the salmon, skin on the skin side for 15 mins at 130 degree celcius.
