{"id":155,"date":"2008-08-11T17:22:27","date_gmt":"2008-08-11T09:22:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/?p=155"},"modified":"2013-01-10T09:13:31","modified_gmt":"2013-01-10T01:13:31","slug":"chicken-curry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/2008\/08\/chicken-curry\/","title":{"rendered":"Fish Curry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sawanila.com\/v10\/images\/stories\/food\/2008\/kariikantenggiri.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3 slices of tenggiri fish<\/li>\n<li>some curry leaves<\/li>\n<li>1 big Onion &#8211; sliced<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic &#8211; scliced<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp mustard seeds<\/li>\n<li>2 packet curry powder &#8211; I used Babas and add some water to make a paste<\/li>\n<li>A pinch turmeric powder<\/li>\n<li>2 tbps of tamarind paste + 1.5 cups of water<\/li>\n<li>Salt To Taste<\/li>\n<li>oil as required.<\/li>\n<li>some vegie e.g egg plant or ladiesfinger &#8211; I don&#8217;t have one so nevermind<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>METHOD<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Heat oil, fry mustard seed with curry leave<\/li>\n<li>then add onion and garlic , stirred untill brownish<\/li>\n<li>add curry paste and fry till the oil begins to float on top.<\/li>\n<li>Add about tamarind juice.
