At first I thought of do the baking with Ashraff but he was sleeping..<\/p>\n<p>So here is my simple banana cake but make sure preheat your oven :<\/p>\n<h3>INGREDIENTS<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1.5 cup of self rising flour<\/li>\n<li>1 cup of mashed banana<\/li>\n<li>0.5 cup of castor sugar<\/li>\n<li>0.5 cup of margarine<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>a handful of raisins (I used a small box of lego raisins)<\/li>\n<li>a pinch of cinnamon powder<\/li>\n<li>0.25 cup of water (suppose milk but no stock)<\/li>\n<li>a tsp of vanilla essence<\/li>\n<li>slice of banana for garnishing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Method.<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Beat sugar and margarine till soft<\/li>\n<li>add egg continue beating<\/li>\n<li>then add vanilla essence , mashed banana<\/li>\n<li>then flour followed by cinnamon powder, then water and raisins<\/li>\n<li>done beating, pour into baking pan, put few drops of ribena syrups<\/li>\n<li>start baking for 45 mins in 175 degree.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Done baking, Ashraff and Afriena woke up and they enjoyed 2 pieces of banana cake<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last weekend, since weren&#8217;t going anywhere,so I took the chance to bake a banana cake for Tea.
